Airport Pickup Procedures
Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
The following procedures are currently in effect when providing transportation for clients arriving at the listed airports. If the airport you are traveling to is not listed below, contact our client relation team today for guidance (800) 338-5466.
Bradley Airport
Baggage Claim Pickup: Chauffeur will meet you downstairs at the bottom of the escalator with a nameboard sign.
Curbside Pickup: Chauffeur will be parked curbside, outside of door #1 on the arrival level, in the designated limousine parking spots.
Boston Logan Airport
Our chauffeurs will meet you at the Limousine Stand outside in front of your flight arrival terminal. Chauffeurs are not allowed to go inside any terminal or leave their vehicle unattended.
Point to Point
If you cannot locate our chauffeur within 10 minutes, please call Liberty at 1-800-338-5466.
Please Note
All chauffeurs will have a nameboard sign with your name on it along with our company name (Liberty Limousine). All chauffeurs will contact their passengers within 10 minutes of the flight arrival. Passengers that have not received a text message or phone call should proceed to call Liberty Limousine at 1-800-338-5466.
